Why did you choose to work at Rainbow Pediatric Center? It chose me! I opened Rainbow Pediatrics in 2004 with hopes of creating a medical practice where relationships are built.
What do you enjoy about working with kids? Kids are genuine. What you see is what you get. They are honest and trusting. I laugh everyday working with kids.
What is your area of expertise? I am a certified in Pediatrics and Travel medicine. I am also a certified asthma educator. I love counseling families who are traveling abroad. I also enjoy developmental pediatrics.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not at Rainbow Pediatrics? I read, play tennis, listen to music, paint and travel.
If you only had 3 words to describe yourself what would they be? Goofy, honest, and caring
What is your favorite children’s book? The Giving Tree, by Shel Silverstein.
Tell me about your family? I have a loving husband and three teenage boys (one son and two step-sons) Shaan, Andre and Ashwin.
One interesting fact about yourself? I was an art minor in college and Captain of my tennis team. I know all the words to most songs from the 80’s.
